Friendly, positive and encouraging personality are a few words to describe Michelle. Yoga has been a part of her life for many years. It was when Michelle was pregnant with her first son that she began to practice prenatal yoga regularly and wanted to pursue her yoga passion in a different direction by becoming a Yoga Instructor. She graduated with her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 and has been going strong ever since. Her classes are never the same and offer a good blend of strength and flow. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out Michelle strives to make her classes accessible to all. Yoga is a powerful tool to witness transformation in all aspects of life. When you choose to move with purpose and intention that’s when you feel the magic happen and you yearn for that feeling again and again. When Michelle is not teaching yoga you can find her running after her two precious boys Aidan and Xavier.
