About me
Hi! I am Tricia Reedy. Over 25 year ago, yoga was recommended to me when I started to suffer from chronic pain and fatigue. As a runner, athlete, and type A person, yoga was the last form of exercise I was interested in! However, I was introduced to power yoga and quickly fell in love with the pace, strength and sweat required during a 90 minute practice!
Since then, yoga is much more than powering through poses. It is a combination of surrender, perseverance, and faith. It is listening to my body, mind, and spirit and moving with breath in a way that feels right. Restorative, slow flow, Yin, power yoga, and meditation all have their place in my practice and I can't wait to share this practice with you. No matter where you are in this journey, in your dance, and in your season of life, I look forward to sharing yoga together. Join me for two sessions- Flow and Restore and Partner Yoga
