About me
In 2010, I tried my first yoga class and I hated it. It felt like a waste of time and I couldn't understand why people enjoyed it so much. After the birth of son and daughter I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety. Growing up, I also experienced some traumatic events that I never learned how to properly deal with. Instead, I suppressed them and carried them with me into adulthood. I knew that in order to be the best version of myself and the mother my children deserved, I needed to face these wounds head-on and finally let them go. It hasn't been easy, but I'm proud of the progress I've made and the person I am becoming. Yoga and Meditation played a crucial role in this journey, helping me connect with my inner self and find balance in life. By letting go of the person I thought I should be and embracing who I truly am, I found happiness and inner peace. Remember, hurt people hurt people, but healed people can heal others. I believe that everyone should give yoga a chance and see how it can transform their life. I believe that healing and love can change the world.
