About me
I began exploring yoga in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the practice and its benefits, both physically and mentally. Since then, I have continued to deepen my practice through a variety of yoga styles, with a primary focus on Vinyasa yoga. The space, clarity, and freedom that yoga has manifested within me is what I seek to allow others to experience in my classes. When I am not practicing yoga, I enjoy running, kayaking, and my greatest joy- being a mother. For me, the unity of breath, mind, body, movement that yoga invites us to experience, is something I strive to incorporate both on and off the mat.
