About me
Samantha Patterson is a 200hrRYT that began practicing yoga over ten years ago after sustaining injuries from being a college and semi-professional athlete. When she began her journey with yoga, she was surprised at the mental and physical components of the practice that brought stability, strength and mindfulness to her life. Patterson shares her passion for yoga through curiosity and fortitude at her home studios, Inspire Yoga and Balance Yoga. She teaches closes with Vinyasa, Restorative and paddle board yoga styles. Patterson works full-time in Higher Education while pursuing her PhD. She can otherwise be found kayaking, writing, snowboarding or gardening throughout the year!
