Kristin is a seasoned fitness and wellness professional and RYT 500 yoga teacher with over two decades of expertise in movement and mindfulness. Specializing in vinyasa inspired yoga freestyle and yoga-fusion, she blends breath and movement while integrating elements from her background in athletics and dance, creating unique and enriching experiences. Her training includes aerial yoga, yoga for cancer, SUP yoga, mat Pilates, strength and conditioning, and more.
Kristin’s diverse background and understanding of yoga's therapeutic potential, gained through her work with cancer survivors, shape her teaching philosophy and commitment to overall wellness. She offers a holistic approach encompassing physical, emotional, and mental health.
With a foundation in science education, Kristin incorporates an educational framework into her workshops, helping attendees grasp the “why” and “how” of movement. Her background enhances her instruction, promoting fluid movement patterns that foster physical awareness and a deeper connection to the body, encouraging participants to engage intellectually with their practice.
