NEPA Yoga Fest

I am a licensed massage practitioner & health educator, practicing in NJ. This year, I am starting my own wellness company, Ikigai Wellness, LLC, www.experienceikigai.com, to provide massage services & wellness education for professionals casual learners. My wellness education journey has granted me the opportunity to teach thai massage in Thailand, teach & tutor massage professionals in multiple states, and learn alongside some of the most renowned international wellness educators. A life goal of mine is to present at wellness retreats, including Kripalu, Esalen Institute. This year, I am beginning my journey by taking the massage board exam, the highest credentialing exam in the USA, & starting my journey into Ayurveda, taking the 200-hr foundations of Ayurveda at Kripalu. I look forward to a successful career in massage & health education, for years to come!
