About me
Trained to instruct Kundalini Yoga to people of all ages and physical/mental ability. I incorporate several different breathing techniques with basic yoga postures, to obtain a state of mental and physical relaxation. I encourage the use of a stuffed animal, known as a posture pal, with younger children and people with cognitive issues. It is a helpful way to demonstrate yoga poses while encouraging the students to teach others about their practice. Certified to provide hands on assistance with individuals with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Issues and Mobility Deficits
