Frequency of Love - Soundbath

A group sound bath weaving the connection of sound / vibration / frequency and the love that lives within each of us. I will share a 60minute sound bath using my set of full moon Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, chime and other sacred instruments. This offering is important to provide participants with the opportunity to rest, relax and receive. Each participant will be guided on a journey through sound inviting peace and harmony into the mind, body and spirit. The key takeaways from this offering will be relaxation, restoration of muscles, renewed sense of belonging, improved sleep quality and an improvement in the flow of energy through the body.
