As we move into the strength-building portion, you'll have the chance to explore your own limits and strengths, learning how to stay grounded and engaged even in challenging poses. The goal is not only to build physical strength but also to develop self-awareness—learning where you hold tension, where you feel the most flexible, and how to balance effort with ease. As we progress through the class, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body’s signals and make adjustments that best serve you. Whether you're holding a powerful pose or moving into a deeper stretch, this workshop will empower you to take full ownership of your practice—understanding what feels good, what challenges you, and how to approach each posture with mindfulness and intention. The class culminates in a restorative cool-down, with a custom meditation and sound healing experience. This final segment offers the space to surrender, letting go of any physical or mental tension, and grounding you deeply in the present moment. The sound healing, featuring crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies, will help you release any lingering stress and guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to feel completely supported. Throughout the session, a carefully curated playlist will enhance your experience, elevating the emotional quality of the practice and helping you stay connected to both the rhythm of your body and the energy of the group. By the end of this workshop, you will not only feel stronger, more flexible, and balanced but you will have developed a deeper understanding of your body and its needs. You’ll walk away with practical tools to cultivate awareness and intention in your daily life and yoga practice.
