Afterwardwe slow down into a restorative practice, allowing your body to release tension and restore balance, supported by gentle Thai-assisted stretches. This workshop is designed to guide you through a complete journey of energizing movement and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling both invigorated and deeply restored. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, you'll experience the benefits of mindful movement and soothing bodywork in a nurturing environment.
