Join Mandie for a journey through all the chakras, connecting to your power and healing from within! We will flow to the movement of our hearts, find our strength in a Hatha/Vinyasa style flow, then ground for a Yin- inspired ending. You will receive Reiki Healing with hands-on, comforting touch during your savasana for extra healing. Get ready for a journey of healing, self-compasion, & exploration!
