We begin with a mindful warm-up to awaken and lengthen the body, allowing you to tune in and become aware of how your muscles, joints, and breath feel in each moment. As we move into the strength-building portion, you'll have the chance to explore your own limits and strengths, learning how to stay grounded and engaged even in challenging poses. The goal is not only to build physical strength but also to develop self-awareness—learning where you hold tension, where you feel the most flexible, and how to balance effort with ease. My workshop is in the style of Buti Yoga and it is called Be Wild and Free. I will teach my students how to connect to their inner child and let go of all their worries and responsibilities and just have fun. It is important because as an adult we don't get a lot of time to let loose like we did before we had kids, homes and jobs. I want to get the students out of their heads and into their bodies and let loose. The key takeaways will be to not let go of your childish enthusiasm, not give a Fuck what someone else thinks of you and have fun regardless of what is going on in your life at the moment.
