My workshop is in the style of Buti Yoga and it is called Be Wild and Free. I will teach my students how to connect to their inner child and let go of all their worries and responsibilities and just have fun. It is important because as an adult we don't get a lot of time to let loose like we did before we had kids, homes and jobs. I want to get the students out of their heads and into their bodies and let loose. The key takeaways will be to not let go of your childish enthusiasm, not give a Fuck what someone else thinks of you and have fun regardless of what is going on in your life at the moment.
