The pelvic floor isn't just a muscle group. It's a multidimensional access point for safety, sensation, and self-trust.
In this guided workshop, Karissa blends physiology, movement, music, and emotion to reveal how the pelvic floor functions as the body’s true epicenter - physically, energetically, and emotionally. Through rhythmic movement, curated soundscapes, breathwork, and guided integration, participants will reconnect with the root of their power and presence.

This is not a fitness class, it’s a nervous system experience.
Expect education, embodiment, emotional release, and reconnection through the body’s most foundational center.
